Sessions are up to 50 minutes
Dramatherapy sessions are tailored to the individual and may include talking, storytelling, creative play, role exploration, imagery, movement, drawing, working with objects, and other imaginative activities.
Together, we explore thoughts, feelings, relationships, and life experiences in ways that can sometimes feel easier than words alone.
No acting experience is required, and there is never any expectation to perform.
I offer both online and in-person sessions.

Role play game (RPG) led Dramatherapy combines therapeutic practice with collaborative storytelling and role-playing games. By creating characters and exploring shared narratives, clients can develop insight, confidence, emotional awareness, and new ways of understanding themselves and their relationships, contained in the safety of the therapy space and creative world. By working with RPG’s clients can explore their own identity to build self-esteem and understanding, either as a group or in an 1:1 session.
This is supported by my PhD research looking into the overlap between Dungeons and Dragons and dramatherapy.
I also offer a longer length of this session to allow for deeper emersion into the story telling and game.
My Rates are:
£70 for 50 minutes
£95 for 80 minutes (Including a short break)

Clinical supervision is a reflective and supportive process that helps therapists and other helping professionals develop their practice, maintain ethical standards, and support client wellbeing. Supervision provides a confidential space to discuss clinical work, explore challenges, reflect on professional relationships, celebrate successes, and identify opportunities for growth and learning.
As a creatively trained clinical supervisor, I can over both verbal exploration and creative activities to offer different perspectives and insights into professional work.
I offer both online and in-person sessions.
I can offer commission rates for students and newly qualified professionals.
My approach…
Client Focused Approach
An important aspect of my approach is to work in a client centred manner. Therapy or supervision is tailored to the client to offer a bespoke and authentic supportive relationship.
Using the Creative Medium
As a dramatherapist I have wide range of tools and skills that can be adopted in the therapy or supervision space. In line with my client centred approach, these can be explored in a way that feels comfortable and appropriate for the client.
Expertise
I have been a qualified dramatherapist for 7 years. In this time I have worked with a wide range of clientele and developed a warm, open style when working with clients and other professionals.
My work as a lecturer, researcher and supervisor has enhanced my understanding of therapeutic processes, giving me a depth of knowledge to draw from.
